This is a great opportunity to refine your skills and prepare for the upcoming season with industry experts Aaron Wightman and Adam Wild. They will cover key topics including the best time for tapping, optimal tap hole size, and quality management in the sugarhouse. The workshop is free for Lewis County Maple Producers Association members and $15 for non-members, with a delicious dinner from Miller's Meat Market included for all attendees.
