It’s pie season! A tender and flaky light crust is what often separates a good pie from a great one. Understanding the science of making a pie crust can be the difference between an amazing crust and a disaster. In this class, we will learn how to make the perfect crust, demystify the science of pie and impress even your mother in law. Each student will make and take home a perfectly constructed delicious Apple Pie. Class starts promptly at 6pm. Class will include an in depth instruction by Trained Pastry Chef Danielle Claudia as well as pie assembly, tastings, decorating techniques, and a recipe card. Ingredients and supplies are included so all you’ll need to bring is yourself and beverage of your choice. Let’s Make, Bake and Have Fun!
