The Legal Information Institute Supreme Court Bulletin will host a Bulletin Buzz on November 16 to discuss three of the most important Supreme Court cases in the current term (specifically, November and December oral arguments). Three pairs of LII Associates will present and discuss the Supreme Court cases, including the facts of the case, the legal arguments made by each side, and the policy implications of the case.
