Good News! The Broome County Regional Farmers Market is hosting an Italian Cooking Class Conducted by Patitucci's Cucina
A night of Italian music and learning authentic cooking methods (right from the boot!)
Marcia Patitucci Waffner brings an array of Italian cooking delights to her students. Her recipes are authentic dishes from her grandparents’ kitchens from Calabria and Abruzzo. She has also studied the cooking of other regions of Italy and brings her love of the culture and food to her students. Practical and fun, this class is for the beginner as well as the advanced cook.
