Have you found yourself wanting to feel fit to hike our local trails? Have a summer intention that includes hiking? Maybe you’ve never hiked on any trails but you're super curious? Spend some time with Wellness fitness professionals, Ruth and Cathryn, to condition your body with hiking-specific workouts and connect with others who are also eager to get on the trail. You’ll learn workouts you can do on your own to hone your fitness, practice scenarios like getting up and down hills efficiently, what to do when you come across an obstacle and how to recover and care for your body after a day of hiking.
