American Values: Clickbait Constructions of Border is the final thesis work of Jax Davies (B.F.A. '19) and Julia Zell (B.F.A. '19). The show will feature work by both artists and a performance by Davies during the opening reception. American Values explores themes of media consumption in the digital age and the ways in which it shapes American culture and political perceptions as they relate to borders, displacement, polarization, and representation.
