Jamie Collins, owner of Serendipity Farms near Monterey, California, will highlight techniques she’s used to draw in customers and maintain her business in an ever-changing market. First, learn how she quickly adapted her marketing to address COVID-19 restrictions by reestablishing her CSA. Next, Collins will share tried-and-true marketing practices that draw in customers and keep them coming back week after week, including display and packaging techniques that make things easy for the customer, and connecting with customers via social media.
