The Inclusive Excellence Summit is a free, two-day event open to Cornell staff and faculty to learn and develop practical skills for cultivating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace and fostering a culture of belonging. This year, we are offering a fully virtual day on Tuesday, April 18th, and an in-person day on Wednesday, April 19^th. Attendees are encouraged to participate in as much of the Summit as possible in order to experience the full impact and opportunity that it provides. However, we understand that some individuals may be unable to attend every session that is offered, and we hope that they still register and participate in as much as possible.
