Join Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County and the Capital Area Agriculture and Horticulture Program for the 2nd annual Hudson Valley Value-Added Grain School and Trade Show. This year's theme is "Making Grains Work on Modest Acreages" featuring expert talks on grain production, small-scale grain storage, and understanding grain quality parameters for brewing and distilling. Registration is just $40/person and includes lunch, and is due by February 1, 2016.
