High Temperature Short Time/Ultra High Temperature Pasteurizer School

Cornell University's Department of Food Science in collaboration with NY State Department of Agriculture and Markets, Division of Milk Control, is offering a combination UHT/HTST course on April 23-25, 2019.
The course is ideally suited for:
  • Pasteurizer Operators
  • Production
  • QA/QC
  • Engineering
  • Maintenance Personnel
This course will include UHT components,sequence logic, UHT charts, HTST equipment design, instrumentation, maintenance of HTST systems, regulatory tests, and broken seal requirements. Participants will also will receive instruction on cleaning and sanitizing, recording charts, and dairy microbiology.
