All are welcome to join this free, guided meditation session, led by Travis Winter, LCSW, in partnership with Cornell Botanic Gardens and the Nature Rx Initative. This meditation focuses on nature and is a chance for reflection and renewal at the end of the week. Sessions will take place at the Nevin Welcome Center in the Ten Eyck Room (2nd Floor).
