Do you feel stressed, scattered or isolated? These sessions might help! We’ll use evidence-based mind training techniques to manage stress and relax even in the face of challenges. We’ll train our attention to build focus in today’s world where we are swamped by a large amount of information. These techniques will also help us feel connected rather than isolated. The sessions will be led by Dr. Rajesh Bhaskaran, faculty member in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, who has been practicing mindfulness for over 12 years. Everybody is welcome!
