The Cornell Glee Club Fall Concert, "Kanpe La!" features works from over five centuries of choral music in six different languages. The concert explores different composers speaking out against injustice, culminating with Haitian-American composer Sydney Guillaume's "Kanpe La," a musical polemic surrounding the humanitarian crisis in Haiti. Other composers featured are Rosephanye Powell, Marques L. A. Garrett, Pablo Casals, Cristobal Morales, Modesta Bor, and Johannes Ockeghem and more.
