Title: Get Cultured!- Learn how to make yogurt and sauerkraut at home

Place: Yates County Auditorium

Cost: $10 a person, every participant will take home a jar of started yogurt and a jar of started sauerkraut.

Join Master Gardeners Jan Barrett and Caroline Boutard-Hunt to learn how to make your own yogurt at home. You’ll also have a chance to learn how to successfully make your own sauerkraut and take home a jar to ferment at home.
