Please fill out the information below for the temporary remote learning assistance program for DECEMBER 3 ONLY. The Temporary Program Registration will close when 20 students have registered.

**NOTE** the cost for this temporary program is $40 per day for up to three days and $36 per day for 4 or more days per week. Hours will change to 8:00am (7:50 am drop off) through 4:30pm.
