When you register, you'll receive a shopping list of ingredients to purchase ahead of time. Bring your groceries to the workshop and you'll prepare 12 freezer meals to take home. We'll provide Oils & Vinegars, Honey & Maple Syrup, freezer bags, labels and stickers.
