Cornell University

Vote for Cornell’s tastiest Freedom of Expression ice cream, crafted by Cornell students for the Cornell community!

Sample the three final flavors – Brewing CommuniTea, Coming Out of Your Shell, and Toni S’Morrison – and your vote will help decide the winning theme year ice cream, to be served on campus later this semester and at Commencement.

Student teams in Food Science course 1101 formulated the flavors last fall as creative takes on the university-wide Freedom of Expression Theme Year. Samples will be served at various campus locations, with student team members on hand to describe their creations, followed by an opportunity to vote.
