Cornell University

Building a sustainability movement and advancing climate solutions requires us to work together across industries, backgrounds, and cultural contexts.  How can we advance the relationships needed to make progress and envision a roadmap together?

Join the Campus Sustainability Office and Women Leaders in Sustainability Fellows with AREA Method Founder Cheryl Einhorn for a 90-minute interactive workshop designed to give you the leadership tools for sustainable change management.

This workshop will bolster skills related to building, deepening and maintaining strong relationships. Work on crafting questions using perspective-taking to thwart bias, assumption and judgment when dealing with others. Come away with how to identify strong relationships, learn the “Great Questions Roadmap,” apply a 4 dimension framework to self-reflection, and understand the incentives and motives of others.
