In the five-week Frameworks of Community-Engaged Leadership series of workshops and dialogues, participants learn to:

  • Practice mentorship-based critical reflection, including identifying and building a mentorship family
  • Build and develop partnerships to further the public good through committed engagement
  • Practice empathy and cultural awareness when working with others
  • Identify and model different windows of leadership
