Join us for this multi-day workshop on Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and leave with a farm food safety plan for your farm!  Day one covers: what GAPs are, how you can implement GAPs, what GAPs mean for your farm operation, FSMA overview, and information about third-party audits.  Day two covers: writing a food safety plan for your farm.  Registration includes educational materials, lunch, and refreshments. *Please note: a laptop is required for day 2.
