 or Part 2.\n\n\n $15 for Part 1 & Part 2 if you sign up for both workshops

 ervers this March for our two-part workshop series\n\n\nWednesday\, March 4
  (Part 1) : Introduction to equipment - Participants will start the series 
 by getting to know all the food preservation equipment (canner\, dehydrator
 \, steam canner\, pressure canner\, steam juicer\, fermentation\, and what 
 jars to use) and the science behind food preservation. \n\n\nWednesday\, Ma
 rch 25 (Part 2): Hands-on - Participant will us the equipment they learned 
 about in the first workshop. \n\n\nAttendees will have samples to taste dur
 ing the workshops along with information and recipes to take home.
