Food Gardening Forum

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Schoharie and Otsego County is hosting a gathering about Otsego County organizations’ efforts to maintain and grow food gardens for their constituents. This free networking event will convene organizations interested in expanding their capacity to address food insecurity through gardening and garden-based education. The goal of this event is to gather information about which organizations are currently managing food gardens, where they are located, what are the challenges of maintaining the garden, and who they serve. The forum is also open to organization that are interested in starting a food garden.
