The craft brewing industry is growing daily and the NYS Farm Brewery law is bolstering fledging hops growers. To support the new hops farmers in the Finger Lakes area, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Steuben and Schuyler Counties is coordinating the formation of a hops grower’s discussion group to provide a forum for discussion amongst the growers in the Finger Lakes area to share their knowledge and expertise.
