Welcome to Part V of this 5-part series on the use of Fiji (ImageJ) for image visualization and quantitation, presented by Johanna Dela Cruz and Rebecca Williams (BRC Imaging).

Part V will continue to explore how to take advantage of the powerful macro language in ImageJ. We will write a macro to analyze a series of example images. We will use arrays, conditional statements and ROI functionality.
