Welcome to Part IV of this 5-part series on the use of Fiji (ImageJ) for image visualization and quantitation, presented by Johanna Dela Cruz and Rebecca Williams (BRC Imaging).

Part IV will impart the basics for how to take advantage of the powerful macro language in ImageJ. We will write a simple macro to output the location of a moving ball. To do this, we will learn how to use string and number variables. We will construct a simple programming loop to access all the images in the ball movie.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
