How to access peace in the present moment
Peace is always available to you, no matter what surrounds you. In serving hundreds of students in the last 2 years we have discovered practical tools that hold great potency for accessing peace under any circumstance. You will practice and learn two mindfulness tools that fit perfectly in your life.
We will introduce you to an easy to learn meditation practice, designed for busy people with busy lives, and bust some ‘myths’ about meditation.
When we are in the lived experience of peace, we are content in the flow of the moment, and we are able to relax into a life of wonder and delight.
