Join us for Farming Outside the Box, a 2 day workshop on innovative solutions to small farm challenges. Day 1 will include a curriculum on microgreens and a tour of the Poughkeepsie Farm Project's operation. Day 2 features instruction, hands-on practice, and a DIY microgreen take-home project. Hands on projects, farm tours, meals and semi-private lodging included.
