Want your students to help advance research with real-world implications? Want to make a course more relevant to contemporary issues? Interested in deepening student learning while building their skills for making a difference? Have a community partner in other areas of your life you want to bring in to your teaching? Perhaps you just want to incorporate an engaged element into an already existing course.

The Faculty Institute on Community-Engaged Learning & Teaching (CELT) is a two-day retreat for Cornell faculty where you will develop a community-engaged course and connect with peers interested in community-engaged pedagogy. Full participation comes with a $500 research stipend.

Co-sponsored by the Center for Teaching Innovation and Engaged Cornell.
