Curious about incorporating community-engaged learning into a course? Interested in sharing what has worked for you to deepen student learning and connect with community needs? Or just want to explore your innovative ideas with colleagues? Join us to think together about ways to incorporate a community-engaged learning element into an already existing course or brainstorm for a new course.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year we will continue our online CELT Community Conversations. All sessions are 1-1:50 p.m. (EDT). Faculty and staff are encouraged to attend all sessions as series.

Facilitated discussion will allow participants to actively explore components of community-engaged learning, including online pedagogical innovations. Each meeting will incorporate examples, activities, strategizing and opportunity to learn from others’ experiences.

CELT is co-sponsored by the Center for Teaching Innovation and the Office of Engagement Initiatives.
