The Division of Nutritional Sciences is pleased to host guest speaker Federico Rey, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Bacteriology at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. A major focus of Dr. Rey's research is to understand how variations in the gut microbiome modulate the effects of diet and the host's susceptibility to cardiometabloic disease.
