RUBRICS AND EVALUATION FORMS! Please take some time to view rubrics and evaluation forms on our CCE Erie 4-H website. They're found in the green box on the right-hand-side of the webpage, and will be a huge help when preparing for presentations.

Thank you in advance for filling out this registration form. We understand it can be lengthy, but all of the questions are necessary to keep presentation days running smoothly.

You will be asked to select presentation type on this form. If you have a question about presentation types, please email mgw76@cornell.edu.

The 4-H Office will try their best to schedule you during a time that is convenient for you. When picking a date, it is ideal to pick a date where you could be available during the whole time frame. You will receive your specific time in the mail in January. 4-H members who need help scheduling around a time conflict should email mgw76@cornell.edu.
