This program is intended to help Cornell Fitness Centers members of all experience and fitness levels become acquainted with strength-based equipment. This program gives an overview of different types of strength equipment and tools, such as dumbbells, cables, selectorized machines, barbells, and TRX. Learn proper technique and how to adjust or program each machine, as well as other information to optimize success in your fitness program. You will have the opportunity to practice what you learn! Athletic attire required. Email: sbf5@cornell.edu with equipment questions ahead of time if you have specific things that you want to learn.
