  a two-dozen person startup in 2006\, he helped lead the company to its cu
 rrent size of over 2\,500 employees and billings of over $300M in the most
  recently reported quarter. He’s learned first hand that Silicon Valley 
 rewards risk taking\, and have advice to share from a successful startup.
