Cornell's Dump & Run program collects items from students leaving campus in May, and resells them to students moving in each August. In addition to diverting tons of reusable items from the waste stream, the annual Dump & Run sale raises more than $60,000 a year for local charitable organizations.

This year's Dump & Run sale will take place during Orientation Weekend, and for the first time, is being held at the Shops at Ithaca Mall. You'll find the sale at the west or rear side of the mall, between Regal Cinemas and Best Buy.

The sale is free and open to the entire Cornell and Ithaca communities.

Sale Days: 

• Friday 8/23/19 & Saturday 8/24/19 between 9:00am and 5:00pm
• Sunday 8/25/19 between 10:00am and 4:00pm
• Saturday 8/31/19 between 9:00am and 5:00pm
• Sunday 9/1/19 between 10:00am and 4:00pm ($10 bag day!)

All proceeds from the sale will benefit Cops, Kids & Toys, United Way of Tompkins County, National Alliance on Mental Illness-Finger Lakes, and the local chapter of the Izaak Walton League.
