 Brown Bag Lunch and Learn Series\, open to all Cornell staff and faculty. 
 Join us for engaging sessions that foster connection and collaboration. Th
 ese sessions are designed to provide an opportunity to meet members of our
  team and share insights on specific topics that support those who work di
 rectly with students.\n\n \n\nDOS Unit: Centers for Student Equity\, Empow
 erment\, and Belonging (The Centers)\nTopic: Tina and Victoria are the Tra
 ns Mythbusters\, "who don't just tell the myths\; they put them to the tes
 t!" During this session\, we will discuss contemporary myths about trans p
 eople and transitioning and develop new approaches to address these myths 
 when you encounter them. This presentation will include a look at trans hi
 story and language\, while equipping participants with the tools to disrup
 t transphobia and create more inclusive spaces. Questions and discussions 
 are encouraged to help develop your own skills as a Trans Mythbuster!\n\n
