The Distilling Workshop is a comprehensive primer with distillation techniques demonstrated on commercial-scale copper pot distilleries — presented jointly by Chris Gerling of Cornell University's Brewing & Vinification Laboratory;  Alexander Plank of CARL Distilleries, Germany's oldest distillery fabricator;  Nicolas Haase of B&D Technologies - CARL Distilleries' Americas office, and other speakers to be announced. 

The course agenda of the Workshop will alternate between theoretical presentations and discussions, and practical demonstrations on Catskill Distilling Company's commercial distilling facility, which includes two 650 liter capacity copper pot stills with finishing and high rectification plate columns, as well as complete mashing, fermentation and alcohol finishing -- please see the attached course agenda (modifications reserved).
