Health and safety practices have been a prominent source of conflict in many workplaces during the pandemic. With federal, state and local public health policies in flux and often contested, employers and workers have clashed over safety standards, exemptions, compliance and disciplinary measures.

This interactive round table discussion will address the role of dispute resolution in resolving these issues in healthcare, education and other industries. Our panel of experts will respond to provocative questions as we explore and gain multiple perspectives on how ADR processes foster a proactive, as opposed to reactive, way to address health and safety in the workplace.

Moderated by Ellen Gallin Procida and Sally Klingel.
