Dehydrating & Freezing for Beginners: August 19th 10am-1pm. $10.00 per person. Payment must be received by August 11th. If you can't make the class, we will open up spots for others. You can stop by with a check or cash, mail a check to PO Box 1209, or pay online now using Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account to use this method).


This program will help you learn the basics of dehydrating and freezing foods and give you the confidence to continue dehydrating and freezing foods at home for peak flavor! Participants can return to take home some frozen foods when they are complete. Betty Clark is a Master Preserver Volunteer and Alexis Woodcock is a Master Preserver with CCE Chenango.
