Cornell University’s Department of Food Science in collaboration with industry partners is offering a Dairy Membrane Filtration, Concentration & Separation Technology Course. This workshop is designed for those working in any aspect of dairy processing that involves concentration of milk and milk products (e.g., whey) by membranes, evaporation, drying and centrifugal separation.
