Dairy bar shifts are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you have a large club and need multiple shifts, you will need to fill this form out more than once depending on the days you are choosing to help. If the timeslot you want does not appear on the form, it means another club has already filled that spot. 

Each club must sign up for their static exhibit timeslot using this form as well.
