About this Event
The following exhibition explores the paradox of memory in the digital age. We live in a time when photographs, videos, and conversations can be stored indefinitely and accessed instantly, yet our experiences of memory and human connection continue to fade and distort.
Rather than presenting digital technology as purely celebratory or dystopian, the exhibition examines the tension between permanence and loss. Images meant to preserve moments become compressed then detached from their original emotional weight. Messages sent across vast distances arrive immediately, yet intimacy becomes delayed or incomplete.
What does it mean to remember in an age of infinite storage? What is preserved when everything can be saved? What is lost when memory becomes searchable and reproducible?
