Looking for a way to relax? Chill out at this workshop where being creative goes hand-in-hand with taking care of yourself! No artistic experience is necessary and all supplies are provided. Scribble, craft, and/or paint to your heart's content or engage in the project of the week reflecting on your personal story and life's journey. Bring yourself, bring a friend, and let's just be ourselves and have fun!
