Walk to Run Class – Virtual+ Edition is designed to be an inclusive, virtual fitness training class for anyone looking to either transition from walking to running, or to add a new activity that will boost your cardiovascular fitness. Everyone, especially people who have never been keen on running, are welcome. This class will meet via zoom every Tuesday at 11:30 am in order for your coach, Ruth, to provide running guidance, suggestions, and pro tips. The running training sessions will be done individually and on your own time. In addition, there will be an optional  strength and stretch session each Friday at 11:30 am to compliment your running. Contact Ruth for more information.
