Join Ruth Merle-Doyle from Cornell Wellness for a candid conversation about how to prepare yourself for your smoking quit date. Ruth will guide you through what to consider about your own habits and behaviors that surround smoking or other forms of nicotine use. You’ll learn how to set yourself up for success with changing those habits to make your quit date as smooth as possible. This offering will be held via Zoom so you can participate from any location.
