 Join Cornell Wellness staff on Fridays for answers to your current nutrition questions and check Instagram for easy to make crockpot recipes with helpful tips. Provided through Zoom recordings and Instagram posts. Zoom recordings can be accessed through the Cornell Wellness Facebook pageAs part of Wellness' Fuel It Friday campaign, we're asking you to submit your nutrition questions to us through this link. Erin Harner, Cornell Wellness' RDN, will provide answers to 1-2 of your questions each week. Questions can be general or specific. They can be about something you've been wondering about for a while, or something happening right now, such as "I went to the grocery store and they were out of fresh spinach. What other leafy green could I use in its place or could I use canned or frozen spinach instead?" Or, "I'm not finding a broad selection of fresh meats in the stores, what are some alternative foods that provide high quality protein?". Or, "I'm now in charge of providing healthy snacks for my kids, what are some healthy snacks that we can make together that are good for both them and me?" We're looking forward to hearing from you.
