The Center for Real Estate and Finance is hosting the inaugural Regional Real Estate Competition, UK/Europe on Saturday, October 7, 2017 in London, England. Teams from top European universities will compete in analyzing an actual real estate transaction and presenting their analysis and proposal to a panel of international real estate executives. Judgement criterion include presentation skills, overall investment recommendations, and methodology. The top two winning teams will receive an all-expense paid trip to compete in the 9^th Annual Cornell International Real Estate Competition held in New York City in November.
