Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Colloquium: "The Golden Triangle: A developing framework for teamwork in a VUCA world"

This project is a work in progress. By combining the implications of two well cited empirical papers on top management team dynamics, the author develops a framework for extraordinary teamwork that combines conflict, diversity, and trust. Practical implications are laid out, and several related concepts are explored. Immediate next steps, including novel application of artificial intelligence for literature search and extensive interviewing of team members in various contexts will be explained.
