Please join Kerry Edelstein '97, Toby Christie '97 and guest speaker Wendell Brown '82 for an evening of, well, steaks and start-ups! Network with fellow entrepreneurs and business owners and learn some tricks of the trade for launching and growing successful entrepreneurial ventures.
Edelstein is the founder of market research and data intelligence firm Research Narrative, a board member at CHAMPS (a charter high school for media and arts), and a 3rd generation Cornellian.  Â
Christie, a 4th generation Cornellian, is a technology leader who has been part of multiple startups. He is currently the Vice President of Engineering at CareerArc Group, a complete career ecosystem for college students, job seekers, employers, higher education institutions and government entities.
Brown, also a 3rd generation Cornellian, is an entrepreneur and inventor with a successful track record of bringing innovative, disruptive products and services to market and has more than 20 years of technology development and start-up experience. Wendell is a founder of Liveops (which has become one of the world's largest outsourced call centers - 20,000+ agents), Teleo (acquired by Microsoft), eVoice (acquired by AOL), and Walksoftly (acquired by Cybermedia). He is also an Advisor/Board member of: xPrize, Gener8 (the leading stereoscopic 3D movie company - Harry Potter 3D, Spiderman 3D, etc), MOEO (a sports gaming company), Appeo (stealth) and Reelhouse.
