Started by Father Gregory Boyle as a jobs program for former gang members, Homeboy Industries is now a thriving organization that provides job-training to at-risk community members. Considered one of the country's most successful intervention and re-entry programs, Homeboy Industries is home to a bakery, cafe, catering and merchandise business.
