Cornell Dining celebrates Earth Day with our partners like the Campus Sustainability Office, Anabel's Grocery, Residential Sustainability Leaders, and Student Sustainability Coordinators, Forward Food, Farm Sanctuary, and the Cornell chapter of Allied Scholars for Animal Protection.

There will be educational tables from these partners, plus samples of plant-based sandwiches served at our retail eateries. While you're in the Straight, visit Okenshields, which will be featuring a predominantly plant-based lunch and dinner menu featuring student favorites from around campus.
